What we collect

We collect information you submit through our contact form (name, email, company, city, and message), and standard server logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) when you visit this site. We also use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic, and Google Search Console for search-query data.

How we use it

  • To reply to your inquiry and follow up on services you've asked about.
  • To improve the site and our marketing.
  • To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with third parties for marketing.

Data storage

Contact form submissions and meeting bookings are handled by HubSpot (our CRM and scheduling provider) and stored in our HubSpot workspace. Analytics data is stored by Google in the region tied to our GA4 property. We retain contact records for as long as we're in active conversation with you, and up to 24 months after that unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your personal information at any time by emailing hello@greendesertit.com. If you're in California, the EU, or the UK, you have additional rights under CCPA/CPRA and GDPR — those requests go to the same email.

Cookies and third-party embeds

We use a small number of cookies for site functionality and analytics. The /contact page loads embeds from HubSpot (for the meeting scheduler and contact form) and OpenStreetMap (for the office maps on city pages) — these third-party embeds may set their own cookies for their own purposes when you interact with them. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; the meeting scheduler and form will still work but with reduced functionality.
