- How quickly do you actually respond?
- A human tech on our team picks up or replies within 15 minutes during business hours (7am–7pm local). Off-hours P1 incidents route to an on-call engineer.
- Is backup and cybersecurity included, or extra?
- Included on every plan. EDR, MDR, managed backup, and phishing awareness training are baseline — not upsold at incident time.
- Can we keep our current apps?
- Yes. We support whatever's in your environment — line-of-business apps, industry software, custom in-house tools. We'll flag things that are risky to keep, but the choice is yours.
- Do you replace our IT vendor or work alongside them?
- Both models work. If you already have internal IT, see the Co-managed IT service, which is designed to plug into an existing team.
- What is the minimum contract length?
- 12-month initial term, then month-to-month with 30 days' notice to cancel. No auto-renewal locks.
- How do you handle on-site work?
- Included in-city for Tucson and Minneapolis clients — we have local techs in both metros. Regional on-sites are billed at cost.
